Tobacco Policy Report (2005), Royal Australasian College of Physicians
In 2005 the Royal Australasian College of Physicians endorsed the concept of tobacco harm reduction in it's report on tobacco policy. This is especially meaningful, as the governments of Australia and New Zealand have effectively prohibited the importation of smokeless tobacco products.
